Getting A Handle On Worry

Many of us feel stuck mulling over in our minds bad things that we are worried will happen. This mental activity drains us of vital energy that could be used to do things we love and enjoy and to experience peace in our daily life.

This week we will talk about the sources of worry and look at things we can do to experience more peace of mind.
