Mindful Communication Challenge , Part 1: Listening


It is amazing how much our communication can change and grow healthier and more effective by taking the time to practice good listening habits. It is easy to get sidetracked by what we are going to say next, or how we are reacting to what someone else is saying. It takes mindful attention to listen and listen well. To really hear what someone is saying with both their words and their tone and body language.
