Practicing Forgiveness, Part 1: Why Forgive?

What if you could feel more free, more light, more happy and more peaceful? Well you can. If you have ever struggled with feeling like you can’t forgive yourself for mistakes you have made, or had difficulty with forgiving others who have harmed you in some way, or even feel that things you have done have somehow made you unforgivable in God’s sight you are encouraged to join us this Sunday as the issue of forgiveness is addressed.  Come and see just how big God’s love is and how to begin working through issues around forgiveness.

Healthy Mind In A Healthy Body

If it is true that we are what we eat, what does that say about our spiritual life?

There is an importance in trying to eat well and be as active as we can be so that we can have a healthy mind in a healthy body. And it is even more important to feed our mind with the kind of things that lead to true intelligence and wisdom.

This Sunday we will explore the connection between healthy living for the purpose of being of service to those around us. How can we best provide for our eternal health and well being?

Letting Go, Finding Peace

How many times have we been unable to let go of an idea, opinion, attitude or behavior and because of that have felt trapped or enslaved by it, not to mention, been hurt by it?

The story of the Children of Israel as slaves in Egypt working to make bricks from mud and straw to build monuments for Pharaoh pictures being in bondage to an unhealthy sense of self which manufactures justifications for our behavior and attitude, and which slowly destroys our happiness and peace of mind.

Are you ready to be set free from this kind of disfunction? If so there is a way out.
