Dealing With Stress, Part 2: Worry and Impatience

Many of us are very good at mulling over in our minds bad things that we are worried will happen. This mental activity drains us of vital energy that could rather be used to do useful things, and it also robs us of the possible joy we could be experiencing in the given moment.

This week we will talk about a better way to live and experience daily life: a way that could leave you feeling rather happy.

Everyone deals with stress. Some stress is healthy. Too much can tear us apart on many levels and remove any sense of well being.

This week we will look at the causes of stress and begin to create a plan to deal with it or perhaps help to remove it – or at least the stressful part of stress.
