Don’t Lose Hope, God Is With You

On this Fourth Sunday of Advent the subject is HOPE. The Christmas story brings hope in what is described as a very dark and desolate time – when hope seemed lost. In our personal lives we can at times feel that there is no hope. That we have been abandoned or forgotten or left out of the happiness every one else seems to have been blessed with. This Sunday come and hear the message of hope the Lord has given in the WORD. As Mary said when she learned that she would carry the promised Savior: “With God nothing will be impossible.”

Please join us Sunday at 10:30 a.m.

Christmas: Where’s The Peace?

The celebration of Christmas comes with a promise of peace. It is something we hope and yearn for at a busy time of year and at a time where we reflect on the passing year and all its tumultuous events, both personally and globally. Sometimes as we consider the nature of our lives we wonder if the prophecy of the Lord’s birth and the ensuing peace that was promised was all a hoax: did something go wrong? Where’s the peace?

This Sunday we will look at the what true peace is, where it comes from and how to make it a living part of our lives. See you Sunday at 10:30 a.m.
