Always Remember

Remember

This is Memorial Day Weekend. It is a time to remember. It is a time to remember the sacrifice of those who lost their lives to protects ours. On a spiritual level it is a time to remember from where we have come and to where we are being led, and the Lord’s love and mercy that cradle and support us along this journey. It is a time to remember the truths that we hold most dear and remember to live by them. It is a time to remember these things so we don’t forget them. It is much easier to remember to do the things we have in mind. We will talk about how to help keep them in mind this Sunday at 10:30 a.m.

Building A Strong Conscience

Homer

If we are, as Jiminy Cricket suggests, to let our conscience be our guide, it seems wise to know what conscience is, how we come by one, and how we make sure it is a suitable or useful one (not one that is hypersensitive and leads to nothing but guilt and shame about everything). Come and join us this Sunday at 10:30 a.m.
